To contribute in any way, possible in cash, in kind, or in any form that will serve the needs of children who are neglected, abused or abandoned, settled in orphanages or in rehabilitation centers, street children those who lay helpless due to serious afflictions in hospitals;
To provide education to deserving children of poor families by undertaking scholarship programs that will serve to sustain free education;
To give assistance to people who become victims of calamities;
To perform other charitable works that will alleviate human suffering and heed the call of the government to build a strong republic by eradicating poverty among the Filipinos;
