All the data mentioned above under new personal shopper, current personal shopper and new customer, are collected upon sign up. The other data are collected upon transacting using this website.

Your first name, middle name, last name and/or ID number are required for the purpose of identification. Your username, email address and password will be used as your login credentials. Your mobile number will be used to send you a one-time-pin to authenticate your account. You may also receive notifications from your email or mobile number concerning your online transactions. Country of origin and media contact reference are for analytic purposes. Under new personal shopper registrant, image of ID is for identification, birthdate is to verify your age, gender is for product preference, address with location breakdown is for our door-to-door delivery service, and Boardwalk branch and sponsor ID are for base branch determination. These are the information needed to complete the sign-up process.

We also collect your pickup point, delivery address whenever you opt for pick or door to door delivery service. Your payment information will only be collected if you choose to pay online. COD option is also available if you wish to pay upon delivery.

The rest of the data mentioned above are for standard information collected when using or transacting with our website.
